Your Responsibilities
- Development of new products and further development of existing product lines
- Conducting and documenting tests for quality assurance
- Analysis and evaluation of production processes to identify optimization potential
- Collaboration with internal departments such as production, procurement, and sales to ensure smooth product development
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and specifications
- Overseeing development projects from concept to series production
Your Skills
- Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar qualification
- Several years of experience in product development and/or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
- Experience with CAD software and common testing and measurement techniques
- Analytical thinking and a structured work approach
- Teamwork, strong communication skills, and a high degree of initiative
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
