Your Responsibilities
- Independently managing customer acquisition and related processes
- Preparing and conducting trade shows and customer visits
- Building and expanding an international sales network
- Working closely with the technical department to optimize products from the customer's perspective
- Creating sales reports and testing or establishing new sales tools
- Managing and developing our CRM system
Your Skills
- Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a similar field
- Several years of experience in technical sales (not strictly required)
- Strong motivation to build a global sales network
- Experience in organizing and conducting trade shows and events
- A high level of customer understanding and a structured, independent work approach
- Teamwork, strong communication skills, and a high degree of initiative
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
